We ship all orders
discreetly in plain packaging. The return label is discreet as well.
The one exception is that, on orders destined for international
locations, we
must indicate the contents on the customs declaration form. Usually we
will indicate something general like "Books" "Novelty Goods" or "Apparel"
rather than specific listing the title of the product.
One other thing that international
customers should be aware of is that your local customs office will sometimes
open the package up to inspect the contents. We have no control over
this. |

Most orders are shipped with-in 1-2
days. Order that are placed over weekends or on Holidays will ship
the next regular business day. We do not ship orders destined for international locations until all items are
in-stock. This helps avoid confusion with any duties or taxes
required by your local customs agency. Orders that contain items that are
temporarily out-of-stock and/or items that are apparel or
lingerie may be take longer to ship. |

All international orders are shipped via United States
Postal Service or DHL, and then whatever company does general package delivery in your
country.
International orders do not include GST, VAT or other potential taxes or duties that
may be applicable specifically in your country. We do not have the ability to collect and pay those taxes and
duties, so they are the responsibility of the buyer. If taxes or duties
are
applicable, they will be assessed by your local customs office and are required
to be paid by you prior delivery. We will not issue refunds for unclaimed orders
unless they are returned to us. Orders returned to us as unclaimed will only refunded
for the merchandise portion of the
order.
We will not issue refunds for items or orders seized and confiscated by customs.
It is the buyers responsibility to know what is and what is not allowed to be
imported into your country. If you are unsure of whether or not an item can be
imported, please check with your local customs office prior to ordering.
