Most orders are shipped with-in 1-2 days. Order that are placed over weekends or on holidays will ship the next regular business day. Items that are temporarily out-of-stock and items that are apparel or lingerie may be take longer to ship. If more than 50% of the items on your order are temporarily out of stock, we will not ship your order until we have the majority of the items in stock. All backordered items will ship when they become available and ship via ground service at no additional charge.

Orders that contain items that are temporarily out-of-stock and/or items that are apparel or lingerie may be take longer to ship. We do not ship orders destined for Canada or other international locations until all items are in-stock. This helps avoid confusion with any duties or taxes required by your local customs agency.

Notes and Disclaimers:

All orders to Canada are shipped via United States Postal Service and are delivered by Canada Post in Canada.

Canadian orders do not include GST, VAT or other potential taxes or duties that may be applicable. We do not have the ability to collect and pay those taxes and duties, so they are the responsibility of the buyer. If these charges are applicable, they will be assessed by your local customs office and are required to be paid by you prior delivery. We will not issue refunds for unclaimed orders unless they are returned to us and then only the merchandise portion of the order will be refunded.

We will not issue refunds for items or orders seized and confiscated by customs. It is the buyers responsibility to know what is and what is not allowed to be imported into your country.
