First and foremost, we realize that most of our customers are very private people and therefore we respect the highest level of privacy for all of our customers. 

At the BDSM Store, our customers trust us to respect their right to privacy. Many of our customers are very private people who may not wish to have it disclosed to people that they are interested in BDSM.

We also extend our privacy policy to our affiliates and so we do not sell, trade, rent or barter our affiliate list with any other company. Just like with our customers, we never talk casually outside our company about who are affiliates are. The only time we may divulge any information about our affiliates is if we are required to by a legal authority.

100% of our domestic shipments from the BDSM Store are sent discreetly in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside will ever indicate what is inside. Even the return address on the shipping label is discreet and does not use the BDSM Store name on it.

We do not send out catalogs, sale flyers, newsletters or other promotional materials via the regular mail. We do not e-mail our customers with sale flyers, newsletters or other promotional items unless they specifically request to receive them. If a customer does request to receive our promotional e-mails and then later decides that they no longer would like to receive them, all they have to do is follow the instructions attached to be removed from our e-mail list. They will only have to submit your request one time and they will be removed immediately.
